Can you post my order?

Yes we can send out frozen order via a next day delivery service in a polybox with ice packs in England, Wales or Scotland or we use a local delivery company to deliver next day for orders in Somerset, Bristol or Bath.

 

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow anyone on site for collections, we do offer the low cost next day delivery for local customers instead.

 

Why do you have a minimum order?

No we have no minimun order, this allows you to just buy what you need.

 

What do I do if I won’t be home for a next day delivery?

If you will not be in to receive your delivery, we can deliver to an alternative address or we can arrange to deliver on a day you will be at home to take delivery (Tuesday-Friday).

 

Do you sell live rodents?

We are unable to sell live rodents.

 

Do you ship outside of the UK?

No we ship frozen rodents to UK mainland and  Northern Ireland, please contact us for more information.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We can accept payment by Card, Paypal or bank transfer.

 

What’s the latest time I can place an order for next day delivery?

Place you order by 10.00 for next day delivery.

 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, your tracking number should be emailed to you directly via our couriers , if you have not received this please contact us.

 

Can I use my discount code more than once?

This depends on the discount code, most are for single use like a “X% off your first order”

 

Shipping and returns – do we expect returns?

Due to the nature of shipping frozen goods we are unable to except returned unwanted times, however is there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues.

 

Why have i been charged £4 and £14 for shipping?

Our frozen food and live foods are shipped separately as live foods cannot be packed with frozen foods as this will kill the live foods.
