Delivery

We use a secure courier service to make sure your order reaches you safe and sound. A photo is taken on delivery, so you can order with confidence. We've got a great selection of delivery options below to make sure we get your order to you when it's convenient for you.

Next Day Courier Delivery For Frozen Goods 

Frozen food orders are sent via our courier on a next day service (before noon as standard for all of England, Wales and most of Scotland) - orders are packed in Polyboxes and supplemented with Frozen Ice Packs to keep your order at optimum frozen temperatures. 

We have a flat rate shipping charge of £14 for all next day courier deliveries in the areas covered for before 12 delivery.

Order before 10.00am for same day dispatch. Alternatively, send us a message when ordering and we can accommodate a desired delivery day. 

We ship Monday-Thursday any orders placed after 10.00am on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

In the event of a Bank Holiday or other Public Holiday - the orders will be shipped on the next available working day. 

Deliverys to Scotland and Northern Ireland will not be sent on a before 12 delivery due to delivery restrictions.

You will receive delivery updates via email/text with the time and date for your delivery, you must be available to receive the delivery to avoid the parcel being left unattended

We cannot take any responsibility for any delays in delivery due to failures from delivery companies.

Next Day Delivery For Non Frozen Goods

Non Frozen Goods orders are sent via our courier on a next day service as standard. 

We have a shipping charge of £8 per parcel up to 25kg for all next day courier deliveries.

Order before 10.00am for same day dispatch. Alternatively, send us a message when ordering and we can accommodate a desired delivery day. 

We ship Monday-Friday any orders placed after 10.00am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

In the event of a Bank Holiday or other Public Holiday - the orders will be shipped on the next available working day.
